Cononiah the Levite and Shimei his brother symbolize the inner faculties—awareness, order, reverence—that govern my mental wealth, placed under faithful, loving authority. To bring in offerings faithfully is to revise my inner narrative, refuse waste, and worship through conscious alignment, not external ritual. The dedicated things are my time, talents, and imagination reserved for the holy; steady administration of these forces is my ascent in consciousness. When I appoint the treasurers of my mind, I reveal a state of order and gratitude; I feel my inner economy aligning with abundance and holiness, as if it already existed within me.
