Neville's Inner Vision

Within every man the I AM awakens as Isaiah, the inner prophet who records the record of your days. The line in Chronicles tells us that the outer events of Uzziah’s reign were inscribed by a scribe, but in the inner sense the scribe is your own consciousness. What is written is not history out there but a reflection of your life as you have conceived it in awareness. The 'rest of the acts' are the movements of your inner state that have shaped your outward world, and the one who writes them is your higher self—the inner witness who remembers, names, and thus orders experience. If you would alter your life, you revise the inner manuscript. The author is not separate from you; it is your I AM, your present consciousness, forging a narrative by your belief, imagination, and feeling. Therefore, as you realize you are the author, you can decide anew how the current page ends by choosing a different impression now. The author fading into the background is simply your awareness awakening to its creative power.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes; envision your inner Isaiah writing the rest of your life. Then assume the outcome you desire now, and feel it real as if the new manuscript has already occurred.
