Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Uzziah is struck with leprosy and kept apart from the house of the LORD; he dies and is buried. Jotham rules in his stead, and Isaiah records the rest of Uzziah’s acts.
Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, Uzziah’s leprosy is not punishment but a symbol of a state of consciousness that has withdrawn from the temple of I AM. The king within you, when misaligned, is cast into a separate room, cut off from the house of the LORD—the inner sanctuary of awareness. The rest of his acts, recorded by the prophet within, remind you that every outward event is a reflection of your inner movements. Isaiah’s note signifies that even in exile the witness remains. You may fear isolation or judgment, yet these experiences come to awaken a revision of your state. Return to the I AM, claim kingship, and let inner Jotham govern your life—your thoughts, actions, and judgments—so that separation dissolves and the outer life aligns with the divine order. The true king never truly dies; he merely shifts residence until he dwells again in the house that cannot be taken from him.
Practice This Now
Assume the I AM king is presently dwelling in the temple of your mind and revise any sense of isolation as I am one with the LORD. Feel it real for a few minutes and notice your day begin to reflect inner governance.
