Inner Battle of Kings
2 Chronicles 25:7-8 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
A prophet warns the king not to rely on Israel's army, for the LORD is with those who align with Him. The passage contrasts human strength with divine power to help and to cast down.
Neville's Inner Vision
See this scene as a map of your inner terrain. The king stands for your sense of self marching with outward strength, yet separated from the I AM. The man of God is your inner annunciation, the voice that declares alignment: do not go with a crowd that forgets the Source. When the message says the LORD is not with Ephraim, notice that this is not a historical verdict but a signal that any belief tethered to mere outward alliances lies outside the Divine current. To be strong for the battle, and yet be warned that God shall make thee fall, teaches that true power does not reside in force but in inward concord with Spirit. The clause God hath power to help, and to cast down, proclaims that the inner energy follows the vision you hold. If you receive the inner warning and shift your assumption to the I AM as your center, your outer events bend to support your ascent rather than your fear. Your present sense of self can prevail only by consenting to the inner reality of boundless aid.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Close your eyes and repeat I am the I AM and I align with divine support. See yourself standing unshaken in a storm, and feel the assurance of help flowing through you as you revise fear into courage.
