Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse lists Jehoshaphat's sons, highlighting the inner facets that comprise a kingly consciousness within you. These facets govern how you show authority in life.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within your consciousness, the king is not a solitary figure but a circle of states—the sons—Azariah, Jehiel, Zechariah, Azariah, Michael, and Shephatiah. They are not separate beings; they are movements of awareness within the I AM, each bringing a particular energy to the throne. When you acknowledge Jehoshaphat's lineage, you acknowledge that your kingdom is composed of many trusted facets—duty, protection, lineage, health, and loyalty to the whole. The outer world reflects the harmony or discord among these inner states. To reign, you do not conquer anything outside; you revise your assumption until all these aspects are in alignment, all bowing to the same royal will. So you practice: imagine you sit on the inner throne, and these sons rise, each presenting a gift that strengthens the kingdom. Affirm that you are the one king who is sovereign over every facet, and feel the reality of their cooperation. If a sense of division arises, revise: 'I am unity; these states are expressions of my consciousness, serving the whole.' The Kingdom of God appears as order within, and order within becomes order without.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the king's posture; name each son and thank him for his service; then declare the inner kingdom unified under the I AM.
