Neville's Inner Vision
To the reader, this passage reveals not a mere hiring list but an inner administration. When Solomon says, Send me a man cunning to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, and in iron, and in purple, and crimson, and blue, and that can skill to grave with the cunning men that are with me in Judah and in Jerusalem, he names the faculties you hold in consciousness. The cedar trees and timber from Lebanon stand for the resources and ideas your inner workshop can summon. David my father did provide, signaling the foundation of your power, prepared by the remembered self—the I AM you identify with. The verse invites you to claim that all skilled artisans and all materials come from within, drawn by inner Providence aligning your attention and feeling with abundance. Your task is to assume the state of already possessing the genius, tools, and materials; feel your inner workshop collaborating with others in Judah and Jerusalem—the parts of you that labor toward the temple of being. Revise lack into fullness, imagine the craft taking shape, and feel it real now. The imagination creates the temple; you are its architect, and Providence is the rhythm of your I AM.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the inner master craftsman is already at work. Feel the gold, silver, and timber take form in your mind, and declare, I AM, my inner temple is supplied now.
