Inner Court of Fear and Justice
2 Chronicles 19:7-10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Plain sense: The passage instructs that the fear of the LORD should rest on the leaders, who must judge with fidelity and a perfect heart. They are to warn their brethren to avoid trespass so that wrath does not come.
Neville's Inner Vision
Fear of the LORD is not terror but the sovereign state of awareness, the I AM, in which you live. When Jehoshaphat assigns Levites and priests to judge, he points to the inner faculties of your mind that discern truth from error. The 'no iniquity' clause becomes the promise that your I AM is pure and impartial, refusing gifts or favoritism from any state of mind. To 'do it... with a perfect heart' is to align your imagining with integrity, to hold a steady state of consciousness where every action arises from a complete, unified self. The warnings to your brethren are admonitions to maintain inner discipline—when thoughts or emotions threaten to mislead you, you gently remind them of the LORD's standard and refuse to trespass against your true nature. In this light, wrath is the natural consequence of discord within; peace comes only through obedience to the inner law, practiced daily in the heart and in the imagination.
Practice This Now
For 60 seconds, assume the inner judge state within your Jerusalem. Repeat the line, 'The fear of the LORD is upon me; I take heed and do it,' and feel a calm, complete heart aligning with that decision.
