2 Chronicles 13:19-20

Biblical Context

Abijah pursues Jeroboam and takes cities; Jeroboam's power fades and he dies, struck by the LORD.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this passage, the outward campaign reveals an inward order coming to life. Abijah represents a living state of consciousness—decisive, disciplined, and aligned with divine law. He pursues Jeroboam, not as a separate foe, but as the persistent belief of limitation within you. The cities Bethel, Jeshanah, and Ephraim become inner dispositions you attend to with your feeling and attention. As you dwell in Abijah’s state, Jeroboam’s strength wanes; the LORD strikes him, and the old pattern dies. This is not a historical drama but a map of inner work: when you inhabit a new state long enough, the old self dissolves by the transformation of awareness. Hence the outward victory you observe in your world is the effect of an inward shift. You are the I AM, and your imagination governs your kingdom. Hold the vision, and your inner cities are secure while the old tyrant collapses into peace.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, breathe, and dwell in the victorious state of Abijah as your own. Revise the Jeroboam belief as a dissolving dream and feel your inner sovereignty rise now.
