Inner Wealth Over Money

1 Timothy 6:10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 1 Timothy 6 in context

Scripture Focus

10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
1 Timothy 6:10

Biblical Context

Money is a symbol of your inner state. When the love of money takes hold, faith erodes and sorrow follows.

Neville's Inner Vision

Look closely: the claim 'the love of money is the root of all evil' points to a state of consciousness, not a moral verdict on coins. When you covet wealth, you act as if supply comes from outside you, from a ledger or bank, and you forget the I AM that dwells within. In truth, faith is your inner trust that God is your never-failing source. The moment you permit that trust to be displaced by craving, you loosen the anchor of your life and suffer the pangs of fear, greed, and perpetual want. The remedy is simple: return your attention to the I AM who supplies all, revise the feeling of lack by assuming abundance as already present. See yourself as one with the Infinite, not as a debtor to Fortune. If you can imagine the feeling of unlimited provision and repeatedly confirm, 'I am wealth in God,' the outer world will rearrange itself to match the inner rhythm. Wealth becomes a servant of your peace when it arises from faith, not fear.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine the I AM as a fountain of unlimited supply flowing to you. Feel the wealth as your natural state and declare, 'I am wealth in God.'
