Biblical Context
Some have wandered into empty chatter, seeking to wield the law as authority, yet they do not grasp what they say. The passage invites an inward correction, turning from outward argument to inner awareness as the source of true teaching.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within this scripture the swerving toward vain jangling and the craving to teach the law reveal states of mind seeking outer validation. Believe you are the I AM the living awareness upon which all speech and action ride. The issue is not the words but the inner posture that wields knowledge as certainty rather than as invitation to right understanding. When you revise by knowing you are not the commentator but the witness, your speech becomes clear and your words carry the energy of inner certainty. Do not argue to prove your point; listen to the living fact that you are awareness and that imagination fashions form. The law spoken of is the law of consciousness by which you assume the next good you desire and invite it to unfold. By feeling it real you dissolve the need to prove. Thus this verse becomes an invitation to stop jangling and rest in the I AM where true teaching arises spontaneously.
Practice This Now
Take a minute to revise by declaring I AM the teacher within. Close your eyes, feel the I AM as your teaching presence, and imagine the next desired good already formed in your awareness.
