Inner King: 1 Timothy 1:17
1 Timothy 1:17 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse extols God as the eternal, immortal, invisible King and calls for perpetual honor and glory. It presents worship as acknowledging the highest authority and wisdom.
Neville's Inner Vision
The verse invites you to view the King eternal not as a distant ruler but as the I AM at the center of your consciousness, the unchanging power by which you think and live. Immortal, invisible, and all-wise, this King governs from within, and every place or circumstance is but a reflection of your inner state. To worship, then, is to acknowledge your own inner sovereignty, to cease arguing with lack, and to rest in the awareness of the One who is wise. When you affirm the King eternal, you align with a constant you already are, and honor and glory become natural expressions of your interior condition. Do not seek Him far away; inhabit the I AM behind every thought and breath. In that dwelling, you sense unity with God as your own awareness, and harmony, purpose, and vitality follow as inevitable outcomes.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, and declare, 'I am the King eternal within me now.' Feel the sovereignty of that state as your present reality, and revise any sense of lack until it shines as your inner truth.
