1 Thessalonians 3:6

Biblical Context

Timothy brings news of your faith, love, and steady remembrance. You and I long to see each other, a reflection of inner unity.

Neville's Inner Vision

Timotheus is the messenger within, carrying tidings that faith and charity are alive in your consciousness. When you hear of their good tidings, it is your inner sense that love and trust are already established, not something to be sought from without. The remembrance spoken of is the I AM remembering you to your true state and the desire to see one another is the soul’s natural longing for reunion with its own unity. In Neville's terms, there is no outer separation to mend; there is only your present awareness. Your longing to meet is the pull toward wholeness, the mind turning back to its source. By treating these tidings as already true, you align with the inner state that the verse reveals. The outer scene then begins to harmonize with this inward harmony, as if your life is merely reflecting what you have accepted in consciousness. Practice: assume you are held in the arms of faith and charity now; revise any sense of lack and feel-it-real that you are remembered by your inner circle of love.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Assume you are already in deep communion with your inner circle of faith and charity; revise absence into unity and feel it real by repeating, 'I am remembered; I am loved; I am one with all faith and charity'.
