Inner Victory and Shared Restoration

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
David recovered all; there was nothing lacking among the people, great or small. He then established that the spoil would be shared alike, even with those who stayed behind.
Neville's Inner Vision
In Neville’s reading, the camp is your field of consciousness and the spoil the fruits of your imagined state. When David proclaims, 'This is David's spoil,' he is naming the realized state as belonging to the entire you that is awake, not a single part of you. The two hundred who lingered at Besor symbolize aspects of your mind that have yet to enter action, yet they are included in the victory by virtue of inner alignment. The wicked men of Belial represent doubt and self-justifying grievance that would prevent sharing; David’s reply—'you shall not do so'—is the inner decree that what the LORD has given is given to the whole self, not to factions. The principle that 'as his part is that goeth down to the battle, so shall his part be that tarrieth by the stuff: they shall part alike' becomes your mental policy: abundance is not scarce, but shared, according to your unified state. By accepting that the I AM has delivered you into this victory, you establish a lasting ordinance in your mind—restoration and justice flow to all parts of your life.
Practice This Now
Assume the feeling of having recovered all you require, and revise any sense of lack by declaring: There is enough and to spare for every part of me. Feel it now, and imagine sharing this victory with all aspects of my life.
