Inner Weighing of Speech

Biblical Context
1 Samuel 2:3 warns against boastful speech because God knows all and weighs actions. It invites us to align our inner state with humility rather than pride.
Neville's Inner Vision
Here the verse speaks not to external judges but to your inner altar. To speak with exceedin g pride is to bargain with a separated self; the I AM, the God of knowledge, weighs every act. When you imagine that others are tallying your worth, you feed a persona that cannot bear the verdict of the I AM within. But when you rest in the truth that you are the I AM aware—united with the divine mind—your words and deeds shift toward integrity and discernment. Pride becomes a passing wind; humility becomes the steady posture of the inner kingdom. Your outer life mirrors the inner valuation you accept. What you insist you are in consciousness becomes your experience, for imagination is causal. Therefore, choose the governor within who judges with perfect knowledge, not the ego craving applause. The practice of inner revision invites you to identify with humility as your primary state, and from that state, action carries the weight of divine discernment.
Practice This Now
Assume the state 'I am the I AM weighing all I say and do.' When pride rises in speech, revise it on the spot to 'I speak from the humility of the I AM.' Sit quietly and feel the inner accountant approving your true motive.
