Read 1 Kings 3 in context

Scripture Focus

26Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.
27Then the king answered and said, Give her the living child, and in no wise slay it: she is the mother thereof.
1 Kings 3:26-27

Biblical Context

Two women claim a living child; one seeks mercy by protecting the child, the other desires division. Solomon declares the true mother is the one who would spare the child.

Neville's Inner Vision

Notice the two voices in the tale are two states of consciousness within you. The living child is life itself, your unity with the One Source. The woman whose bowels yearn for the child is the mercy state that refuses to destroy what is alive; the other is the fear state, demanding division. Solomon, the wise judgment within, reveals truth not by argument but by allowing a state to be felt. Say 'Give her the living child' and feel the truth that the mother is the one who would keep life whole. When you assume the feeling of that state—the life you are, protected and intact—the outer scene rearranges to reflect your inner truth. Your world becomes a stage where mercy and discernment walk together, showing righteousness as the natural governance of your I AM.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly, adopt the state of the mother who would spare the child; repeat, 'I AM life, I protect life'; feel that reality until it registers as sensation, then proceed as if the solution has already occurred.
