1 Kings 16:1

Biblical Context

The LORD's word comes to the prophet Jehu, declaring against Baasha and signaling a shift in leadership.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the 'word of the LORD' is not a distant decree but a vibration of your own consciousness—the I AM that you are listening to within. Jehu the son of Hanani is the instrument of your inner prophet, receiving the message that concerns Baasha—the old kingly self and its rule. When this inner oracle speaks, it announces a new order emerging in your being: a shift from the throne of limitation to the Kingdom of God within. Judgment here is not punishment but a purification of belief, a turning toward the awareness that you are the I AM and thus the author of your world. As you hear the word, you awaken to the state you are to inhabit, and you revise the sense of identity that has ruled you. The old king Baasha recedes as your consciousness consciously claims a higher rule, born of love, clarity, and the certainty that imagination creates reality.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes, breathe, and assume the inner decree already spoken about you. Repeat 'I AM' as the ruler of my inner kingdom and feel the old self being dethroned as you dwell in the new state for a minute.
