1 Kings 15:14-15

Biblical Context

The high places were not removed, yet Asa’s heart stayed perfect with the LORD all his days, and he brought dedicated offerings and vessels into the LORD’s house.

Neville's Inner Vision

Notice that Asa’s heart can stay fixed in the LORD even while the high places remain. The outer reform is partial, but the inner state can be unwavering. Your true worship is not visible in every outward change but in the constant alignment of your consciousness with I AM. The silver, gold, and vessels Asa brings into the house of the LORD symbolize the thoughts, talents, and memories you choose to dedicate to God within your temple. They are not relics of the past but materialized faith in the present. When you assume the feeling that you are the I AM, you enroll these faculties in a covenant loyalty to the divine. This is not struggle but revision of your state of being: one steady awareness that governs all. If the outer world lags, trust the inner reality; as you dwell in that perfected state, the outer appears in harmony with your inner conviction.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes and declare, I am perfect with the LORD; then imagine placing all your past achievements, memories, and talents into the inner temple, presenting them as dedicated offerings. Feel the sense of harmony in the I AM now.
