Solomon's Inner Reign
1 Kings 1:11-14 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Nathan informs Bathsheba of Adonijah’s bid to reign and counsels her to approach King David to reaffirm the oath that Solomon shall reign; he will come in afterward to confirm her claim.
Neville's Inner Vision
Adonijah represents a counterfeit reign of the mind—a thought that claims the throne by fear or memory. David stands for the conscious life, the current awareness that seems to rule. Bathsheba and Nathan are the inner voices—imagination and prophetic insight—that plead for a higher order. Solomon embodies the true reign—the wisdom, peace, and arranged harmony of life when the covenant within is acknowledged. The oath that Solomon shall reign is the inner promise you accepted when you aligned with the reality that your life is governed by a divine ordinance. To secure the reign, you must address the throne from your present awareness and remind it of the covenant. Then the higher self, the I AM within, will come in after you and confirm the decree. When you refuse the counterfeit rule and dwell in the memory of the promise, the inner king takes the throne and the kingdom of God awakens within you.
Practice This Now
Assume the throne of Solomon in your mind now and affirm, 'Solomon rules in me right now.' Feel the authority as if it were already real, then invite your higher self to confirm this decree within your awareness.
