Inner Love Against Cain's Shadow
1 John 3:11-12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
This passage commands us to love one another; Cain's murder illustrates the danger of living in separation and envy.
Neville's Inner Vision
I tell you, the message is not a command from outside but a revelation of your inner state. When you hear love one another, hear it as the awareness in you that cannot judge or fear, for love is the I AM that you are. Cain stands for the old dream of separation—the belief that you are separate from your brother, and that violence is justified by the other's righteousness; but that is only a dream you project from an unhealed mind. The wicked one is the voice that says you are not whole, and it uses tales of wrong to justify cruelty. When you choose to love, you revise the inner scene: you align your actions with the inner righteousness that flows from your true self. Your brother's righteousness is simply the reflection of your own enlightened state becoming visible. Do not seek it in the world outside; stand in the I AM, assume the other as part of your own consciousness, and love will rewrite the script.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are already loving the other as the I AM you know. Feel it real by dwelling in that unity for a minute, and let the vision dissolve Cain's claim.
