Sit with the feeling of being beloved, protected, and known by the Father, and let that feeling saturate your chest, your breath, your thoughts. In imagination you do not seek to become; you affirm that you already are. Say, 'I am the Son of God, loved and known.' Let the inner state preside, and the outward world will gradually reflect this reality. The transformation is inward: as you dwell in this consciousness, your outer circumstances sign as signs of your true nature. Remember: you are the I AM, the one who creates by assumption. Hold the vision of perfect sonship and watch the appearance of favor, grace, and a life that proves the truth of this love.
