Inner Knowledge of Spirit

1 Corinthians 2:11 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 1 Corinthians 2 in context

Scripture Focus

11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
1 Corinthians 2:11

Biblical Context

It says human knowledge comes from the spirit within a person, and only the Spirit of God knows the things of God. This points to inner communion as the source of truth, not outer calculation.

Neville's Inner Vision

Notice that the outer mind can discuss man’s knowledge, yet the things of God can only be known by the Spirit of God—your Spirit. This is not a clever doctrine to be argued, but a practical invitation to turn inward. If you accept that the Spirit of God is the Spirit within you, then you recognize that you are not distant from God but the vessel through which God speaks to Himself. Your awareness becomes the living conduit in which divine truth rises as certainty, not as theory. The moment you stop chasing external proofs and begin to feel the presence of the I AM within, you know the truth directly. In this light, the barrier between knowing and believing dissolves; you simply are the state in which God knows through you. Practice living from that inner state, and all things of God reveal themselves as movements of consciousness you already inhabit.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state of the Spirit within you. Feel the inner certainty rise as truth and revise the belief that knowledge of God comes from outside you.
