Footsteps of the I AM
1 Corinthians 15:27-28 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verses say all things are under the Son's feet, yet the One who places them there remains untouched; when all is subdued to the Son, the Son submits to the Father so that God may be all in all.
Neville's Inner Vision
Observe that 'feet' and 'subdued unto him' refer to the governing center of your consciousness—the Christ within that rules your inner world. The statement that all things are put under his feet means every belief, image, or circumstance bows to the assumed reality you hold as I AM. Yet the text warns that the one who puts all things under him is not himself subjected; the I AM, God, remains the unconditioned witness behind every form. Then, when all things are subdued unto him, the Son—your outward sense of self—will be subject to the One who set the order, that God may be all in all. In Neville's terms, the entire universe is a projection of consciousness; the true actor is the I AM. Realize that your inner state reigns; let your assumption be that all events arise in your consciousness under the ruling of the Christ, and nothing escapes that rule. The outcome is the dissolution of apparent multiplicity into the indivisible unity of God, the only reality you experience.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit in stillness and repeat, 'All things are under the feet of the I AM,' letting that claim settle as your felt reality. Visualize circumstances bowing to a calm inner order and feel the sense that God, the I AM, is all in all.
