Inner Communion Awakening
1 Corinthians 11:20-22 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
When believers gather, they are not truly sharing the Lord's Supper because division and appetite override care for others; some go hungry or drunk while others despise the less fortunate.
Neville's Inner Vision
Here the apostle lifts the veil from your inner state. 'Coming together' is not about a room or a ritual so much as the unity of your consciousness. The Lord's Supper you eat is the communion you hold with the One I AM within; when your inner banquet is tainted by appetite and judgment, you betray the very symbol of divine harmony. To be hungry for another's misery or to revel in self-satisfaction is to mistake the coupled images of scarcity and separation for truth. Despising the church of God is not about others; it is you disparaging the divine image within yourself. Therefore, the question is not what should be praised in a feast, but what state of consciousness you wear as you sit with yourself. If you would honor the sacred meal, revise your sense of lack into abundance, equality, and mutual care. See everyone as the return of God in human form; your inner banquet becomes the world's healing when you awaken to unity and the dignity of all.
Practice This Now
Assume the inner state of unity and revise any sense of separation until you feel the entire circle fed and honored. Feel that the I AM within you is the host of this feast, and let that presence restore equality to every relation.
