Earth Is The Lord's Fullness

1 Corinthians 10:25-26 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 1 Corinthians 10 in context

Scripture Focus

25Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:
26For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
1 Corinthians 10:25-26

Biblical Context

Paul says to eat what is sold in the markets without questioning conscience, for the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. This presents creation as God's provision and invites trust in our inner awareness rather than external scruples.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your awakening to the truth that the earth and its fullness belong to the Lord is a disclosure about your own I AM. When you stand as that I AM, the marketplace of life becomes a theatre of your inner state: nothing external can threaten your supply, because your awareness is the root of form. To eat what is set before you is not a test of conscience but a confirmation that all creation answers to your inner decree. The earth's fullness is not outside you, but your ready-made environment, provided by your continuous recognition of self as I AM. If you revise limitation by saying, I own this scene now, you align heart and world to reflect that assumption. Stay with the feeling that your consciousness is the sovereign cause of appearances, and let imagination describe your reality until it feels inevitable. The verse thus frees you from bondage to conscience and places you in the liberating certainty that you are the Lord of your inner market.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Before shopping or deciding, pause and silently declare, 'The earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof; I am the Lord of my inner market.' Stand in the feeling of abundant provision for a few moments and act from that assumption.
