Neville's Inner Vision
When I read 1 Corinthians 10:15, I hear the call to the wise within me. The 'wise men' are the states of consciousness I inhabit—awareness that can judge, decide, and consent. The 'judge ye what I say' becomes not a external verdict but an inner test: does this teaching ring true in my felt reality? I test every impression by the state I choose to inhabit. If the thought aligns with the goal I am entering, I accept it as true and let it shape my world; if not, I revise it until it becomes an undeniable inner sensation. Accountability is not punishment but alignment: I am responsible for the conditions of my life because I am the imagination that creates them. By refusing to accept any suggestion that does not harmonize with my desired state, I invite the inner judge to certify the truth of my experiences. The wise person, then, is the one who persistently imagines into fulfillment and judges thoughts by the coherence they bring to that vision.
Practice This Now
Practice: Sit with a single question and imagine you already know the answer. Assume the role of the wise observer, feel the certainty, and revise any lingering doubt until truth becomes an inner fact.
