1 Corinthians 1:18

Biblical Context

The world calls the cross foolish; those who awaken know the cross as the power of God within, transforming life.

Neville's Inner Vision

To the outer ear, the preaching of the cross may sound foolish, a tale of weakness. Yet in the sanctuary of your own consciousness, the cross marks a decisive turning of attention toward your I AM. The 'preaching of the cross' is the inner communication that the old story—lack, fear, and surface appearances—has no ultimate claim. Those who perish are those who mistake appearances for reality; they cannot hear the whisper of the I AM. But to us who are saved, the cross is the living power of God active in imagination. The saved dwell in the end as if it were already true; they do not argue with circumstance but align their inner state with the outcome they desire. When you claim that you are the temple of God and that your state of consciousness is the source of all you see, the illusions dissolve and power flows with certainty, not effort. The cross becomes a doorway rather than a judgment: you turn away from old sermons of limitation and, by imagining the end, invite divine activity into your life. Your consciousness is the instrument through which God manifests.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Assume the end now—see yourself already healed, abundant, or free. Close your eyes, say I AM the power of God within me, and feel that truth until it fully replaces doubt.
