One Mind, One Christ Within
1 Corinthians 1:10-13 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read 1 Corinthians 1 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Paul pleads for unity, asking that all speak the same thing and be joined in the same mind and judgment. He points out that divisions arise from allegiance to different leaders rather than to Christ.
Neville's Inner Vision
Who in you claims a different Paul or Apollos? The moment you identify as ‘I am of Paul’ or ‘I am of Cephas,’ you fragment your own consciousness. The I AM, the living Christ within, is the single voice that truly governs your experience. The house of Chloe within is only your inner committee, reporting thoughts of division to your awareness. Your task is to dissolve that imagined split by returning to the one state—consciousness aware of Christ as the sole perceiver. When you see the cross and baptism not as external rites but as symbols of inner alignment, you awaken to the truth that there is only one mind under God, and that mind is yours here and now. Speak from that unity: let the mind that was in Christ Jesus be in you, and regard all apparent differences as expressions of one reality your imagination already knows. By declining to feed separate identities and choosing the integrated state, you restore complete harmony within and without.
Practice This Now
Practice: close your eyes and assume the state of unified mind for a minute, repeating, 'I am one with the Christ within; there is no division in me or my world.' Feel and dwell in that oneness as if it already were your experience.
