Temple Of Inner Rest
1 Chronicles 22:6-10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
David planned a temple for the LORD, but God appoints Solomon as the rest-bringing king and promises an eternal throne. The inner lesson is that true sanctuary and peace arise from within, under the rulership of a divine king in consciousness.
Neville's Inner Vision
This is not a decree about bricks and stones; it is the announcement of what you must entertain in your own consciousness. The word of the LORD comes to me—your inner I AM—and says: you have known wars, but now a time of rest is coming. A son is born within—the man of rest—Solomon—symbol of peace in the mind. I shall give him rest from all enemies round about, and I will establish his throne in my inner kingdom forever. When I recognize this inner sovereignty—the Father within, the son, the throne—I stop seeking security outside and allow the temple of awareness to align with the divine order. The kingdom of God is not a distant empire but the felt sense of order resting in my mind, forever.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are the inner Solomon, the king of rest. Feel rest saturating every thought and declare, 'I AM the Father who rules within my kingdom.'
