Inner Reign of Justice

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
David reigned over all Israel and administered judgment and justice among his people.
Neville's Inner Vision
David’s reign over Israel is the image of your inner state, the I AM that rules the whole house of your consciousness. When you read that he “executed judgment and justice,” hear it as the activity of awareness examining every thought, feeling, and impulse within you. The people are the many inner voices and memories; the king who rules them is your elevated state of consciousness that decides what to permit and what to dismiss. Judgment is discernment—clearing away beliefs that distort truth. Justice is balance, order, and right action among your inner channels: will, imagination, memory, desire. As you dwell in the I AM, you place those inner subjects under a single sovereign; you do not punish, you reorganize. By imagining this rulership now, you align your inner processes and trigger outer events to reflect that harmony. The kingdom of God becomes a living, present awareness you can revise by silent decree and vivid feeling. The invitation is to claim sovereignty in this moment, to reign with justice in your entire psychic territory, so your outer life echoes your inward decree.
Practice This Now
Practice: In a quiet moment, declare 'I am the ruler of all within me.' Then imagine reviewing every inner thought and impulse before you, and revise by choosing only what serves truth and harmony, feeling it as done.
