Biblical Context
1 Chronicles 16:28-30 invites giving glory and offerings to the LORD, and worship in holiness, with reverence for Him. By aligning inner consciousness, the earth remains stable.
Neville's Inner Vision
Read as a scene of inner life this passage tells you that the world rests on your acknowledgment of the I AM. The kindreds of the people are the many faces of your own consciousness; when you give unto the LORD glory and strength you are not supplying a distant God but recognizing your true animating Self. The glory due unto his name becomes the inner radiance you claim by conscious breathing, feeling and steady attention. The call to bring an offering and worship in the beauty of holiness is the practice of offering your thoughts and feelings to the one Life within maintaining reverence in your daily awareness. When you fear before him that is when you stand in reverent unmoved consciousness the outer world aligns and remains stable because you no longer move from fear but from the fixed center of I AM. The worlds stability then is the echo of your inner unity. Your only offering is the assumed state your only revision is to dwell there until it becomes your perceptual reality.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: In the next minute close your eyes breathe into the I AM and assume you are the offering itself glory and strength radiating from within. Feel it as real then rest in that reverent state until the outer scene reflects inner stability.
