1 Chronicles 16:12-14

Biblical Context

Remembering God's marvelous works and judgments invites us to acknowledge the Lord as our God. It calls us into covenant loyalty as his chosen ones.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of the remembered 'works' as inner movements of consciousness—moments when the I AM recognizes its own birthright. The 'seed of Israel' is your own inner allegiance—the steadfast 'I AM' that chooses the good and declares, 'The Lord is my God.' The 'judgments' are the inner laws that order your thought and feeling; when you consent to them, you align the external world with your inner state. Your earth is a mirror of your inner covenant; therefore, the Lord’s presence is not distant but within, calling you to loyalty and true worship. By dwelling in this awareness, you stop seeking outside signs and begin living from the Presence. What you remember becomes your accumulated life—an inner security that animates every moment and arranges appearances to reflect your inner decree. Thus, the judgement he speaks becomes your own disciplined, loving perception, through which you see that God is indeed the Lord of your life.

Practice This Now

Assume the Lord is your God now; close your eyes and feel the I AM surrounding you as Presence. Repeat 'The Lord is my God' until the inner covenant stamp of loyalty rises inside.
