Biblical Context
They bring the ark into the tent and offer sacrifices before God. David blesses the people and gives them bread, meat, and wine.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within this account, the ark is not a vessel of wood alone but the state of awareness that you are right now. The tent is your inner sanctuary; the sacrifices are alignments of your attention and feeling with the good you desire. When David completes the offerings, he blesses the people in the name of the LORD; so you, who acknowledge I AM as your Shepherd, bless the world from your own consciousness. The bread, the flesh, the wine correspond to the daily supply and joy that follow a fixed recognition: you are the source and the channel of all blessing. The distribution of goods to every man and woman mirrors your willingness to share your inner riches without measure. This is true worship: not ritual outwardness, but the maintenance of the consciousness that God, your awareness, is always present and providing. As you dwell in that awareness and act as if your supply is already given, you elevate others and yourself into a state of covenant loyalty and abundance.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit in quiet and imagine the ark resting in your inner tent. Feel Presence there, bless your world, and imagine distributing bread, flesh, and wine as your steady supply.
