The Mulberry Signal Within

1 Chronicles 14:15 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read 1 Chronicles 14 in context

Scripture Focus

15And it shall be, when thou shalt hear a sound of going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt go out to battle: for God is gone forth before thee to smite the host of the Philistines.
1 Chronicles 14:15

Biblical Context

The verse describes an inner signal that precedes outward action. It affirms that God has gone before you to defeat the obstacle.

Neville's Inner Vision

Listen: the sound in the tops of the mulberry trees is not a noise but a state of consciousness. When you perceive that inner rustle, know that God—the I AM you are—has already gone before you. The going forth before thee is your awareness moving ahead of circumstances, so the Philistines of doubt and lack are obstacles in your present scene. You are called to go out to battle not by force but by acknowledging the end from the beginning. To the one who accepts this signal, the battle is won in imagination before it appears in the streets. The signal is Providence, a guidepost indicating that your inner disposition has shifted; you step into activity with the certainty that the outcome is already established. Practice: assume the state of victory, feel it real, and let your outer action follow from that inner certainty. The I AM in you is the conqueror; once you align with that, the world bows to your inner demonstration.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes, hear the inner rustle, and declare that I AM goes before you; feel the victory as already real and then step forward with confidence.
