In this lecture Neville Goddard explores the principle of the identical harvest: whatever one sows in imagination one inevitably reaps in life. He supports this with biblical citations from Genesis and Paul’s epistles, emphasizing that every event—good or bad—is the result of an imaginal act. Goddard then introduces a higher law of forgiveness which transcends the law of sowing and reaping, enabling one to revise past errors and alter present circumstances. He illustrates these laws with real-life stories: a businessman revising an irritation to secure a $10,000 investment, and a mother using imagination to transform her son’s academic trajectory. Through these examples he demonstrates practical techniques of “revision” or repentance. He encourages daily practice of living in the state of the fulfilled wish and using silent imaginal conversations as a form of prayer. In closing, he urges listeners to plant only positive seeds in their imagination regardless of current circumstances.
