In this lecture Neville Goddard explains that true spirituality is deeply practical and rooted in the inner man, which he calls human Imagination. Drawing on the biblical story of Jacob and Esau, he illustrates predestination as the elective love of God for the inner feminine aspect of our nature. God’s ‘bride,’ our Imagination, is united with Him and from this union Christ is formed within us. Neville offers concrete examples—healing a pet rabbit and selling a large house—to show how assumptions held in the Imagination become reality through faith. He emphasizes that Christ is both formed in us and by us, culminating in the son who bears witness to our union with God. The ultimate revelation is recognizing that when the formed Christ calls us ‘Father,’ we awaken to our divine identity. Neville concludes with a practical exercise: assume and dwell upon your desires in Imagination, trust their fulfillment, and sleep in that state of being.
