In this lecture Neville Goddard opens with a real‐life story of his friend Freedom Barry, whose beloved piano is lost in transit and later recovered through Neville’s imaginative act of faith. He illustrates how the power of human words and imagination can alter perceived reality by imagining the end result with gratitude, without concern for the intermediate facts. Neville warns against the unforgivable sin of doubting the Holy Spirit, equating it with disbelief in God’s sustaining power. He then explores deep biblical symbolism—Moses in the cleft of the rock, the descent of the Holy Spirit as a dove, and the roles of Christ and the Father—to show how divine history moves from climax to source. Through scriptural exegesis, he reveals that the Gospels begin with the end (baptism) and then move backward toward the origin in the Father. Finally, he emphasizes that each individual is God, that words must fulfill their purpose, and that spiritual redemption is a process of imaginative faith leading to resurrection and oneness with the Father.
