In this lecture Neville Goddard presents biblical characters—especially Moses—not as historical figures but as eternal states of consciousness buried within each individual. He explains that Moses, whose name means “to be born,” is the germinal plan of salvation hidden in humanity’s mind. God’s redemptive pattern unfolds through successive stages—Moses, Joshua (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit—awakening the divine self within. Goddard emphasizes the creative power of assumption and the name “I AM,” teaching that one must dare to assume the desired state (wealth, health, freedom) to bring it into manifestation. He warns against worshiping external authorities and insists on claiming inner divinity through imaginative faith. Ultimately, the promised land of eternal life is achieved by recognizing and living from these inner states of consciousness.
